Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has awarded Toyo Engineering India Private Limited, (Toyo-India) Phase-II of contract of Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services for Capacity Expansion (from 6.0 to 9.0 MMTPA) at Barauni Refinery in Bihar state of India. The Phase-I for PMC services was awarded to Toyo India in December 2017 and major part of this contract, Phase-II, was awarded in October 2018.

Scope of PMC services (in Phase I & II) comprises Overall Project Management, BDEP Preparation (open art units), DFR and FEED preparation, Residual and Detailed Engineering, Procurement and Expediting Services, Tendering & Award, Construction Management & Supervision, Assistance in Start-up, Commissioning and Performance Test runs.
